2023 NFL First Round Mock Draft (but make it one where the free-agency dust has settled)
With several teams filling key positions in free agency, it has shaken up how the first round of the NFL
I was raised in the basketball gym, and while it was the only thing I played throughout high school and college, the passion for it bled over into all things sports as time went by. What began like most fun-loving fandom, the camaraderie and excitement at the thrill of it all, steadily evolved into a love for the work and dedication and a respect for the process that creates success.
I became fascinated by the X’s and O’s on the court and the field alike, and, over time, I began to study the entire structure from what happens on the recruiting trail or in the front office all the way to the final trophy being lifted. So, I decided to go one step further and, instead of merely talking about it with my friends, putting my thoughts out there for any and everyone. I wanted to offer a fresh take on sports analysis that strives to be as objective as possible and completely transparent when objectivity falls short.
This is but the next step in my athletic adventures, and I hope you will enjoy following me along the way.
Sincerely,
Micah Duncan
